Redefine your retirement virtually

The Redefining Retirement program will be available again (virtually across Nova Scotia) on February 24, 2021.  Redefining Retirement is a five-part workshop series that helps older adults (typically 55+) answer the question: what am I going to do when I retire? In contrast to the many retirement programs that focus solely on finances, this program is about enabling older adults  to determine how they will engage with their communities, deploy their skills, and connect with like-minded people once they retire.  The program helps participants live fully and purposefully in their later years, to the benefit of all.

Recognizing that the program registration fee may be be prohibitive for some Nova Scotians, the NS Department of Seniors has generously provided funding to offer a registration fee subsidy.  The application for this subsidy can be found on the following registration page: https://redefiningretirement.ca/register-here.  Additionally, for those interested in the program, there will be a series of 30 minute preview webinars offered.  All dates are posted on the registration page of the website.

The sessions will be facilitated by the Acadia Entrepreneurship Centre and Third Sector Entertainment Ltd.
